Audience members also appeared shocked and flustered as LaBelle was escorted off the stage. In the video, concertgoers can be heard chattering and questioning, “What happened?” In a statement shared on social media, the concert organizer, Pabst Theater Group, explained the rushed and confusing flurry of events, “Tonight’s Patti LaBelle show at the Riverside Theater has been postponed following a bomb threat investigated by the Milwaukee Police Department.”  The official statement continued: “We are thankful for the efforts of the Milwaukee Police Department and our customers and staff for their safe and orderly exit. We are working with the artist to reschedule the show." Police shared with CNN affiliate WTMJ that concertgoers were carefully evacuated from the premises without injury, and the theater was eventually searched by K9 units, noting that no explosive devices were found. Authorities advised that there is currently no threat to the public, but they are not releasing any further details on last night’s threat of violence.
