Brendan Fraser, who has been getting a lot of attention for his vulnerable performance in The Whale, often referred to as his triumphant comeback role, reunited with a special co-star on Oct. 11. Fraser posed for an epic photo with his former co-star Elizabeth Hurley during a special screening of his film at The Ham Yard Hotel in London, England. The duo previously lit up the screen together in the 2000 fantasy comedy Bedazzled, in which Fraser’s character made a deal with the devil, played by Hurley. The Royals star, who attended the event with her 20-year-old lookalike son, Damian Hurley, donned a low-cut purple pattern dress, while Fraser, the star of the evening, wore a blue dress shirt with a grayish blue blazer and matching slacks. Hurley even reminisced about the reunion on Instagram, writing, “What a thrill to meet up with my old friend Brendan Fraser and see his brilliant new movie @thewhalemov. Brendan is one of the nicest men on earth. I have the best memories of shooting Bedazzled - a mere 22 years ago . He is superb in The Whale ❤️” The touching caption was accompanied by a few throwback photos from their film, along with the most recent shot of their heartwarming reunion. “22 years ago!, It feels like just yesterday that this movie was released,” one fan commented, while another added, “Loved that movie and it’s great to see Brendan back in action, he is the best.” The Whale premieres in theaters on Dec. 9, 2022 More News:
